MY APPROACH

A clear purpose.
A curious mind.
A path forward.

Every project starts with a question. My process turns that question into an experience people can understand, use, and trust.

NEW DESIGN OR REDESIGN
Same curiosity. A fresh perspective.

01 / DEFINE

Find the problem worth solving.

Before I design a screen, I define the project: who it serves, what it needs to do, and why it matters. For a redesign, I look at what already works and what is getting in the way. A clear problem gives every decision a purpose.

The brief sets the direction.

02 / RESEARCH

Understand the people behind the task.

I explore the context through interviews, questions, observation, and existing experiences. I look for patterns in what people need, where they struggle, and how they work around a problem. Those insights help me decide what to solve first.

Listen closely. Look for the why.

03 / DESIGN

Turn understanding into something tangible.

I map the flow, sketch possibilities, and build wireframes before refining the interface. In Figma, I connect screens into a prototype so the experience can be tried, questioned, and improved. I revisit the design when feedback reveals a better direction.

04 / DEPLOY

Bring it to life. Keep learning.

I prepare the design for implementation, clarify interactions, and check the experience across screen sizes. Once it is live, I pay attention to what works and what still needs care. The goal is an experience that is useful in practice, not just polished in a presentation.

Launch. Learn. Make it better.

A PROCESS, NOT A STRAIGHT LINE

There’s always room
for a better question.

Research can change the brief. Testing can send me back to a sketch. I use the process to stay focused while leaving room to learn.
